HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
We do everything we can to ship orders ASAP, so if you there's a mistake with your order, please contact our support team ASAP. at babycareheaven@gmail.com
CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
At BabyCare Heaven, we're dedicated to giving our clients top-notch goods and services. Because of this, we don't offer refunds. Every sale is final and cannot be returned.
Damages and issues: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
